Hi there!

 My name's Bex and I started the business back in 2018 in Stratford-Upon-Avon. Back then I sold hot, alcoholic tea at markets and festivals across the UK. I'm excited to re-start the company as a social enterprise and make the teas in bottled form so that Aussies can start enjoying my delicious sparkling teas - this time cold, carbonated and down at their favourite watering hole. Caitlin at Calmer Chai started the business back in 2002, and worked hard to get chai onto the menu of our favourite Melbourne cafes (thank you Caitlin!).

There's now multiple delicious sticky chais to try (my favourite is the Dandi!), all  small batch made in Melbourne.

White Possum is made up of a wonderful small team of spirit lovers who both create and support Australian-made spirits. 

They've created some Aussie firsts - a delicious Amaretto and Maraschino!! As well as recycling their glass bottles into candles.

Darling Distillery is my local distillery - the heart of the Clifton Hill community. 

They create the best quality spirits alongside being a friendly, welcoming bottle shop (and bar on Friday's throughout summer!). 

McIver's is a family run tea and coffee merchant based in Brunswick and at Queen Vic Markets.

They stock the very best quality loose-leaf teas and coffee beans, so go say hello when you're next at the market!
