I use the best quality loose-leaf teas from McIvers (Brunswick) and Calmer Chai (Moorabin). Teas are cold-brewed for twelve hours to extract the full flavours of the tea.
Forced carbonation of the teas makes a lightly sparkling product. Alternatively you can also drink them non-carbonated and have them hot or cold!
