How are they made?
Step 1. Source the best quality ingredients locally
I use the best quality loose-leaf teas from McIvers (Brunswick) and Calmer Chai (Moorabin). Teas are cold-brewed for twelve hours to extract the full flavours of the tea.
Step 2. Give them some sparkle!
Forced carbonation of the teas makes a lightly sparkling product. Alternatively you can also drink them non-carbonated and have them hot or cold!
Step 3. Sip & Enjoy
Time for a cuppa ! You can enjoy Tea Total teas as they are, or pair them with locally sourced spirits to create delicious tea cocktails.
